Mercure Porto Centro Aliados Hotel, Porto

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, cleverly designed, very nicely decorated with views of the swimming pool, and the service from the members of reception was excellent, with very helpful and polite receptionists. The only downside was that the elevator was broken for the duration of our stay, but overall, the room was lovely and always clean.

The hotel is in a perfect central location, offering clean and comfortable rooms despite occasional crowding at peak times. The service is satisfactory, and the dining experience, although busy, provides everything needed. The hotel's facilities are modern and convenient, making it a good value for money choice.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel's location was superb, just a stone's throw from the historical center and with easy access to the Metro. The room I stayed in, situated at the end of the hallway, was absolutely gorgeous and beyond comfortable, boasting a modern design with plenty of space and a lovely balcony. However, it was a bit disappointing that some rooms on lower floors had no view.
